I had a sex dream this week. The subject of my desire was Rose Byrne. She is probably best known in the U.S. for the FX show Damages and 2011's “X-Men: First Class”:
On a different sleep I had the transformation. This is when a character transforms into someone else and it totally screws the dream up.
I am in the parking lot of a local mall when I see my cousin's wife who lives about 800 miles away. In the dreamworld, I wonder "what the heck is she doing here?"
I call out to her a few times. She hears me but doesn't see me. Finally she/he sees me and she/he transforms into a different male cousin who lives only an hour away. He walks over and we talk.
The thing about transformations is that they screw up the "storyline". At first it is surprising to see her, but seeing him is not that unusual. Additionally, transformations lets logic seep through to my dream state and tells me "this is just a dream".
Often times when my sleeping self has dream realization, the reality wakes me up. Logic and reasoning are usually absent in the dream world. However, I am not sure if I am waking up anyway or if my "dream brain" is "learning". I used to have the old last-day-of-high-school-failing-the-final-exam dream until in my dreams I told myself "I graduated college. Who cares about this?" I stopped having that dream after that dreamworld revelation.
